Our Story
NXT Level Cloud Solutions, LLC began as a dream and was founded by our Chief Architect, Matt Gibson in 2024. The journey started with a passion for the Salesforce platform and the commitment to help other businesses succeed through the use of this amazing technology. Our desire is to build deep, trusting relationships with our clients and support them through this journey to take their non-profit or small business to the next level.
Matt's experience ranges from being a Salesforce customer and partner, implementing Salesforce solutions for clients across multiple clouds and industries. He also spent 3 years at Salesforce in Solution Engineering and most recently managing AI implementations for many of the company's internal teams.
Why non-profits and small businesses? Because that is who we are. We are a small business striving to do good in this world, by helping others, their businesses and building amazing processes and technology on the world's leading CRM, Salesforce. Whether your company is new to Salesforce, or you have been users for decades, we want to help you take a fresh look at how you are using this platform and find the best way for your business to be more efficient and cost effective in your day-to-day. We normally start our process with our new clients with a Free Consultation! Free? I know right?! This consultation usually lasts 30 minutes to an hour where we want to understand you, your business, and your dreams for this business at a high level. Depending on where you are located, we can come to you or do this virtually.

After the consultation, we will come back to you and present our "Statement of Work". This is our agreement that puts the estimated work and cost amounts to match your dreams! Once the SOW is signed, we move to the next step!

Within one week of signing the SOW, we schedule a project kickoff between each of our teams.
Shortly after the kickoff, we dive in! This is one of the most important parts of the project where we move into Discovery. This is where we want to understand everything we can about your business, it's processes, pain points and nice to have's. T

Shortly after the kickoff, we dive in! This is one of the most important parts of the project where we move into Discovery. This is where we want to understand everything we can about your business, it's processes, pain points and nice to have's. This is also where we love to see your processes in action ("reverse demo's"), ask a ton of questions and maybe even have some whiteboarding sessions. Fun! Right?!
From here, we can move onto putting everything we heard into requirements and actual cost amounts and move onto the build stage!
Building is the fun part! During the development phase, we work in sprints. We want you a part of seeing demos of our build and testing throughout the entire process, so we know you will be exceeding happy with the final product!

No project is complete until we have Testing, Training and Go-Live! This is the other most important part of the project because this allows you and the business to make sure the product built meets your aspirations and dreams, that match the requirements you initially signed off on.

We offer two types of training to fit the needs of your business. We can either Train-the-Trainer or do a full business user training onsite or online. We can discuss later what fits your needs the best.
Go-Live day can be a mixed bag of emotions, but we are here with you the whole way and beyond! This is day one or your new process and we are here for a post Go-Live support as well, that is a part of your project.
From here on out, your dreams are now a reality, but we hope this isn't the end of our amazing relationship...That's why we offer managed admin and subscription services for continued support!
